It was a incredible time to find house. We were a first buyer so we didn't know nothing about buying house but we had a good advisor who did everything for us. Sometimes I were discouraged when our leasing end day was close and we didn't find house yet, but Jean was there as a friend. Sometimes I forgot that his was my broker nor my family member. After several houses visit we
finally, fund house in the neighborhood we wanted. 😍
Even we bought the house, we still bother him regarding the house.

Outstanding job! Always on top of everything and it made our homebuying experience so smooth. Everything went on fast. As first time home buyers my husband and I really did not know much. With patience Jean carefully listened to us, advised us, truthfully kept us informed and lead us step by step. He's ahead, around and in everything that had to be done. Even after the closing Jean continued to promptly give answers to all our questions and concerns; he followed up, reminded us of things and made sure everything is ok. The level of organization is impressive. The team of loan officers he referred to us was sooo competent. So much is required and we felt like overwhelmed here and there but then those guys showed compassion, patience, respect and a very high level of professionalism.
Thank you so much for getting us our dream house at a good bargain price. Thank you for the TV you surprised us with when we signed all the papers and got the house keys. Wooow! I felt like crying. You really pampered my husband and I 😊.

Jean is awesome. He knows how to get you the best value for your money whether you’re buying or selling. He asks the right questions and knows how to negotiate. He was very patient with my wife and I when when decided to build our first home and we couldn’t be happier. We have since recommended him to several friends and they all have nothing but nice things to say about him. He treats you like family and values his reputation more than anything else. Jean was our agent for several properties purchased across several years, most recently in 2021. Somethings never change. In those purchases spanning several years, Jean was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, from the the contract writing through closing process, he was with us every step of the way. Jean is very responsive. Answers very call/text/email and returns every missed call. We were still blown away by his honesty, knowledge and hard work. I will keep recommending him to anyone I know who is purchasing residential or commercial property. He is the absolute best!!

I have known Jean for more than 10 years. He was the one who helped me buy my first home in March 2010 and have since keep him as my Realtor. His knowledge about the housing market is deep so I have referred more than 6 personal friends to him that he also helped them buy their first homes. The feedback am getting from them makes me feel very proud that I gave them good referral and not just making noise when I told them he was awesome. Jean currently helped me buy a second home and worked tardiness to help me list my first home for rent which went very smooth to my surprise.
